    Pony Club

    The Pony Club polo championships took place at Cowdray last weekend, with Cowdray winning the Gannon final for the 6th year in a row. Over 240 children took place in this incredible event over the three days.

    Deauville

    The Gold Cup

    This was won by Richard Mille in extra time, beating title holders Royal Barriere by a single goal, 15-14. 10 goaler Pablo MacDonogh won MVP for his superb performance.
    The Silver Cup has now started with wins for Blackstorm and Mungo (feat. the Tomlinson brothers) in this 16 goal tournament. League games continue and the final will take place on Sunday 27th August.

    Gold Cup

    Four 14 goal teams will contest this famous tournament held in the upmarket resort of Gstaad. Play starts today and the finals will be held on Sunday 19th.

    The ever popular 20 goal tournament started last weekend, with opening wins for Scapa, Lechuza Caracas and Dos Lunas. Action continues from Friday, with semi finals on the 28th/29th August and finals on Friday 31st.

    This 12 goal tournament is well under way, with seven teams entered. Semi finals take place today and the final is on Saturday 18th.

    Silver Cup

    The Californian coast rang to the sound of hooves as the 20 goal tournament took place. Four teams battled it out, with the final won by Luchesse by a single goal over Mansour. Cambiaso was the lynchpin for Luchesse.

    Chapelco

    Snow Cup

    The Argentine Open on snow took place this week, with Bank Galicia beating Sun International (feat. Gonzalito Pieres) by a single goal. Four teams of 18 goals took part in the tournament and played in the course of a three days. The tournament was held at Chapelco Ski Resort on San Martin de los Andes. Other rather notable players included Facu Pieres, Tomas Pieres, Diego Araya, Martin Garrahan, Lerin Zubiaurre and Nacho Garrahan.
    This is one of the highest ranked snow polo tournaments in the world.
